Membership fees - Autumn 2017
Membership fees of £29.00 for the Term are now due.
Please use this link https://form.jotform.com/61025507926959 and complete the form to indicate how you will pay and whether we can reclaim Gift Aid.
No envelopes will be issued to any section this term but spares will be available in the entrance hall
NB If you choose the cash, cheque or online bank transfer option, when you submit the form you will be presented with a form completion message and receive an acknowledgement email, We will receive an acknowledgement of the way you will be paying so we can track payments as we receive them. You then need to either send us the cash or cheque, or pay online by bank transfer.
If you chose the paypal/card payment option on submitting the form you will taken to paypal and asked to pay. Select pay with my paypal account or pay with a credit/debit card as appropriate. Both parties will receive an email from paypal providing details of the transaction.
We would prefer that payments are not made in cash as this is not easily traceable and please note that if you choose to pay by cash you must put it in an envelope marked with your childs name, otherwise we cannot guarantee receipt of the fees and unidentified cash will be treated as a donation.
